If you commission a portrait then it will be assumed you agree to these terms and conditions
You must own the photos or the copyright of the photos that you send me to use as the reference for the portrait.
Then the portrait I produce although owned by you the copyright will remain with me.
I will have the right to use the image of the finished portrait for the purpose of marketing, on my website or social media.
If you would rather I didn't use the image in this way please say when you commission.
I won't sell copies or prints.
A price guide is on my website, but I will confirm a fixed price to you when we agree the size, type of surface and subject.
I will also confirm any postage and packing costs.
Payment
I will invoice you for the deposit on acceptance of the commission. The deposit will be 20% and will be non-refundable.
The remainder of the cost will be invoiced to you on completion, and payment should be received by me before the portrait is sent to you.

I, Caroline Binder the artist control the data collected.
Purpose of collecting data
I need your name and address and e-mail and phone number so that I can keep you informed of progress as I paint the portrait, also to send you invoices and to send the completed art work.
I currently do not operate a mailing list, if I were to in the future, it would only be for future clients unless you asked to be added to it.
I do not pass your details onto anyone else, or share your details with anyone.
